KTG is a specialist in Education, helping secure teaching and support staff. We will be working closely with Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors and Nursery Nurses to service schools and nurseries in the North West of England.

Spending time gathering information from each individual school ensures that we have a comprehensive level of understanding that will help us to make the right recruitment decision when placing staff into the school.

Here at KTG, we understand that every single school is unique – one size does definitely NOT fit all! With over 10 years experience of working in education recruitment and supporting schools, we believe that our information gathering skills and client centred approach enable us to truly understand your needs.

Our service to you:

  • Safe and competent supply staff: We recruit Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, HLTA’s and Nursery Nurses from all parts of the Lancashire and Greater Manchester areas. Our supply staff undertake a rigorous registration process following the government guidelines in Keeping Children Safe in Education. Please see the Safeguarding Assurance section for more info.
  • Flexible hours of communication: We are in the office from 7.00am to 5.30pm, with our out of hours’ service available until 9.00pm every evening. We are contactable term time, weekends and holidays for any emergencies.
  • Clear, concise communication: We provide detailed specific information regarding your school and the assignment to our Candidates before they attend your bookings. We obtain regular feedback from you regarding both the Candidate’s and our own performance levels in line with our Best Practise Competency standards.
  • Quality assurance: We take pride in our comprehensive approach to ongoing customer care. We will call you for feedback on every new supply worker, and request a full written assessment for any staff on a long term assignment. We also like to visit you at least once every 6 months to update our information held on your school, and discuss any feedback you have for us – positive or constructive!
